THE PROVINCE

Pampanga is a province in Central Luzon. It is enclosed by the provinces of Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bulacan and Bataan. In this province the DiosdadoMacapagal International Airport was located. Clark, a former military base also hosts the annual Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta held in second week of February. Clark also features zoos and gravity go karts.

We haven’t tried eating in restaurants in Clark, Pampanga because it was just a side trip to our main trip to Subic Freeport Zone. Maybe sometime we’ll try to eat authentic Kapampangan food in Pampanga.
